This robust drilling system integrates a heavy-duty disc-type rotation platform with
advanced DTH (Down-The-Hole) hammer technology, engineered for high-efficiency
rock penetration in mining, quarrying, and geotechnical applications.
The 360° continuously rotating disc base enables omnidirectional drilling operations
without equipment repositioning.
This drill frame has a simple structure, is easy to disassemble and transport, operates safely and reliably, and is highly efficient. The entire drilling frame is composed of three components: the drilling frame connection part, the propeller connection part and the operation platform connection part. The drilling frame connection part mainly includes three parts: the air top, the disc and the bottom skid. The propeller joint is composed of four components: the brazing device, the guide rail, the slide seat and the propulsion motor. The console assembly includes main components such as the control valve and the oil mist lubricator.
