This system describes a compact, highly mobile, and intrinsically safe Horizontal Directional Drilling Rig (HDD) package, specifically engineered for underground mines. Its core function is to perform precise, trenchless, horizontal or directional boreholes up to 60 meters in depth in hard rock conditions using a Down-The-Hole (DTH) hammer. It is designed for rapid deployment and operation in the confined spaces of mine drifts, tunnels, and stopes.
Key Design Features & Purpose:
Portability & Modularity: The entire system is composed of lightweight, ergonomic modules. These typically include a compact drill power unit (pneumatic or hydraulic), a modular drill rod handling system, a small but high-capacity DTH hammer, an integrated dust collector, and a portable control cabin.
Probe Drilling: For gas drainage, advance geological probing, or stress monitoring.
Utility Installation: Trenchless placement of compressed air, water, slurry, or data lines.
Dewatering Drain Holes: Drilling horizontal drains to manage groundwater.
Grouting & Stabilization: Installing pipes for injecting grout behind tunnel walls or into fractured zones.

A: For large quantity or heavy products, we ship by sea shipping or land shipping.
Shipping efficiency depends on country and city you want to ship to.
